Our Guarantee

We manufacture our products to the highest standard, if in the unlikely event you have a problem with your nappies please contact us as soon as you note the fault and we will repair or replace your products at our discretion. Our standard warranty is 6 months from the purchase date or the birth of your child whichever is the later as we understand sometimes you buy nappies well in advance. You are free to return goods within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange or store credit but they must be in an unwashed and unused condition. When the goods are returned we will process your refund minus shipping within 5 business days. If your item qualified for free shipping at checkout we will deduct the original shipping cost. Outside of this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse your return and/or offer store credit instead of a refund.

Please note that our 14 day money back guarantee is only available for purchases made through our website, and not for purchases made through a stockist. Please note that shipping for this kind of return is your responsibility.

Steps for return of Goods

• Send an email to info@vivilino.eu to let us know why you are returning the goods.

• Wait for confirmation from us that your return is acceptable.

• Print out the email and package up the goods to be returned.

• Ship the goods back to the address provided to you.

• Send us a quick email to let us know the parcel has been sent so we can keep an eye out for it.

• When the parcel arrives we will send you an email to let you know and process your refund or store credit, minus shipping, within 5 business days.
